Pyramids Developments held the operational opening of Champs-Élysées Mall on the morning of Thursday, 27/11/2025, in the heart of the Ministries District at the New Administrative Capital, in the presence of senior officials, distinguished guests, and valued customers.
The opening ceremony was attended by:
• Eng. Khaled Abbas – Chairman of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development
• Dr. Gen. Ahmed Fahmy – General Manager of the Administrative Capital
• Eng. Hesham El-Khouly – Chairman of Pyramids Group for Real Estate Development
• Dr. Walid El-Tayeb – Chairman of Pyramids Group for Real Estate Development
The event began with a short welcoming speech, followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony and an inspection tour inside the mall. The celebration featured coordinated brand showcases, along with promotional and entertainment activities designed to welcome visitors and customers.
With this inauguration, Champs-Élysées Mall marks a new milestone as it begins welcoming visitors and customers, establishing itself as one of the most prominent commercial and administrative destinations in the Ministries District of the New Administrative Capital.

افتتحت شركة بيراميدز للتطوير العقاري صباح يوم الخميس الموافق 27/11/2025 الافتتاح التشغيلي لمول الشانزليزيه في قلب حي الوزارات بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، وذلك بحضور كبار المسؤولين والزوار والعملاء

وشهد الافتتاح حضور كل من
 المهندس خالد عباس – رئيس شركة العاصمة الإدارية للتنمية العمرانية
الدكتور اللواء أحمد فهمي – المدير العام لشركة العاصمة الإدارية

بدأت الفعالية بكلمة ترحيبية قصيرة، تلاها قص الشريط والانطلاق في جولة تفقدية داخل المول. وقد تميزت الاحتفالية بعروض تنسيقية للمحال التجارية، إلى جانب أنشطة ترويجية وترفيهية صُممت خصيصًا لاستقبال الزوار والعملاء

وبهذا الافتتاح، يبدأ مول الشانزليزيه مرحلة جديدة في استقبال الزوار والعملاء، ليصبح واحدًا من أبرز المولات التجارية والإدارية داخل حي الوزارات بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة
